As a rule, the parents or guardians have made a very conscious decision regarding the choice of Waldorf education for their children. For this very reason, the cooperation between after-school care staff, teachers and parents is based on partnership and is usually characterized by great commitment, the will to work together constructively and conscious development support.

Minor difficulties can usually be resolved in discussions "between the door and the door". If there is a greater need for discussion, there is the possibility of more intensive discussions with an appointment, if desired also with the involvement of other teachers or the school social workers.

The Parents' Consultation Day, which takes place every year in January or February, offers the opportunity to talk to numerous teachers in one day.

Our parents' consultation day will take place on February 2, 2023.

Various committees and individuals are available to answer your questions about the educational partnership:

• Parent-teacher council: to be aware of, take up and, if necessary, pass on current issues
• After-school parents' advisory board: Suggestion and support for after-school work, to be formally involved in specific topics via consultation.
• Confidants: Confidential advice in conflict situations
• Conflict and complaint management: structured procedure for dealing with conflict situations
