Groups, locations and telephone numbers
Our 12 after-school care groups are spread across the entire school grounds and, where possible, are run on a cross-group basis with the "neighboring group" at their respective locations. As in the school, the groups and their teachers change group rooms almost every year, as the dormitories in the large after-school care building and the half-timbered house are needed for the new first classes. You can reach the locations as follows.
Our double group structure and group sizes of 20 children on average result in numerous mixed groups, which offer the children a variety of opportunities to meet their own classmates in the afternoon.

The after-school care center is open during school hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. In Year 1, after-school care starts at 11:00 a.m., from Year 2 onwards, care generally starts at 12:00 noon. During the vacations, care is offered from 07:30 to 17:00.
Closing times:
- third, fourth and fifth week of summer vacation
- first week of fall vacation
- first week of winter vacation
- between Christmas and New Year
- ... We will inform you about exceptions and changes in good time.
Vacation after-school care
You can register your child for our after-school care using our after-school care form. Please send us the completed form to the following e-mail address:
