The Freie Waldorfschule Dresden is a state-approved independent school (alternative school). It is open to all children. As pupils, they will gradually develop independence and personal confidence, initiative and a sense of social responsibility, imagination and creativity as well as the ability to think in a networked way. Artistic and practical activities are therefore of particular importance at all ages.
Pupils learn together from Year 1 to Year 12/13 in an interdisciplinary, internally differentiated way and without the pressure of promotion, and can take all state qualifications (Hauptschulabschluss, Realschulabschluss and Abitur) as external examinations directly at the school.
